How to Embed a Noto Form on Your Website

Last updated: June 23, 2026

Embedding a Noto form on your site lets new leads and inquiries flow directly into your CRM — no manual data entry, no copy/paste from a separate inbox. This article walks through the embed process for the most common website builders.

What gets embedded

The Noto Forms product is the part of Noto that's natively embeddable on your website. When someone submits, a lead/CRM profile is automatically created in Noto and any custom-field answers are saved to the member profile.

Before you start

  1. Build your form in Noto and make sure all the fields you need are added (name, email, phone, plus any custom questions).

  2. From the form's settings page in Noto, copy the embed code (an HTML snippet) — this is what you'll paste into your site.

    1. From the "Forms" page, click the "Share" button on the top -> Embed and copy this code snippet.
