How do I log and send session notes?

Session notes can be added to any session on the calendar. There are two types of session notes: shared notes and private notes. Shared notes can be emailed to students and/or guardians, while private notes will only be available to the instructor and admin.
Historical session notes can be viewed on the calendar itself as well as on the member profile by navigating to the Notes tab on the member's profile.
Session notes can be added by admin or the instructor.
Adding Session Notes
Navigate to the Calendar and click the session to open up the session sidebar.
Click Shared notes, add your notes for this session. These notes will autosave.
To send notes to the client, click the Email toggle, check off Send to students and/or Send to guardians, and click Send Email.
If you are adding Private notes, there will not be an option to send these notes to anyone. If you want to flag these notes to your business's admin, click Mark for review on the session sidebar. This will flag this session to admin to review these notes and take any follow up action items needed.
