Setting Up a Self-Enrollment Form
Last updated: June 24, 2026
A self-enrollment form lets students sign themselves up for a group class or track without staff manually creating each enrollment. You configure the class and payment plan on the form, share the link, and Noto handles the enrollment when the student submits.
Self-enrollment forms live on the Group Class Page under Self-Enrollment Forms.
Create the form
Navigate to Group Classes -> Self-Enrollment Forms -> + Create form.
In the Service & Payment Plan section, configure the following:
All sessions: allows clients to register for an individual track of a group class (ex. Week 1 of a Summer Camp)
Single session: allows clients to register for a single session of the group class (ex. one day of a Practice Test).
NOTE: "Enable Drop-In" and a "Drop-In Price" must be enabled on the group class for these options to show up.
Class: the class(es) clients can register for in this form
Payment Plan: the payment plan that the client will be enrolled with.
Using a "One-Time Up-Front" plan is recommended here.
Edit or add any fields to collect information from registering clients.
Save the form. Your class and payment plan selections persist on the form link and preview so students see them when they enroll.
What students see
When a student opens the form, it displays the upcoming sessions for the class on a calendar. Note that this calendar is informational only — the student is enrolling in the class as a whole, not picking a single session from the list.
This can also be disabled by toggling "Show class calendar" off.
Payment field
Every self-enrollment form includes a predefined payment input field in order to collect payment. This field will always display, but for forms with $0 price submission, you can enable this to not be required by clicking into the Payment Info field and toggling off "Always collect payment info".
Coupons
Coupons can be enabled for self-enrollment forms as well. See this article for more detail on how to configure this.
