How do different attendance statuses impact billing?

Each session on the calendar is created with a "Pending" attendance status. After the session occurs, the session's attendance status should be marked by the instructor or admin.

These attendance status will bill the client the full rate and mark the session as eligible to be paid out to the instructor under "Payroll".
Present
No show
Late cancelled
Cancelled will NOT bill the client anything and will not mark the session as eligible to be paid out to the instructor.
NOTE: If your business has different fees/cancellation policies, the invoice and instructor pay will have to be edited manually.
