What's new

Low-credit alerts now notify member guardians

Orgs can now opt in to send low-package-credit notifications directly to a member's guardians (parents), with admin-editable email content and a configurable credit threshold — previously only the org owner was notified and this was hardcoded to two credits. This setting can be found in Settings -> General -> Communications, and the email can be customized in Settings -> Notifications -> Low package notification.

Second notification for sessions

Orgs can now enable a second session reminder for all sessions. We've also added flexibility for setting the number of hours the reminders should go out.

Mass charge invoices

Invoices can now be charged in bulk from the invoices dashboard. Previously, mass payment action on limited was turning on/off autopay. This will enable greater control over when invoices are charged.

Semester picker on every recurring-session form

Previously, semesters were defined on the service level. Now, Scheduling recurring sessions now surfaces a semester selector on everywhere sessions can be created — enrollment create, recurrence edit, section create, and more. It defaults to the service's semester but lets you override or pick "None" to skip blackout dates for that one action.

Send session note as text

Session notes can now be sent as text messages in addition to email. Note: This is only available if your business has texting enabled.

Send org emails from Gmail aliases or Google Groups

Orgs can now pick a verified Gmail "Send mail as" address (e.g. a Google Group or alias) as their outgoing From address, while keeping their connected mailbox for inbox sync. The picker lives in Settings → Email and only surfaces verified aliases.

Makeup credits can now apply to all services

A new org-level setting lets auto-issued makeup credits (given on on-time member cancellations) be redeemed for any service, not just the one that was cancelled. Previously these credits were locked to the original session's service.
