How can I edit an active campaign/trigger?

Active campaigns/triggers cannot be edited while they are live. In order to edit the campaign or trigger, it must be deactivated first.

NOTE: After a campaign/trigger has been activated, additional steps cannot be added. You can, however, change the content of the existing steps and the target audiences.

  1. Navigate to Marketing -> Campaigns/Triggers on the left-hand navigation bar and select the campaign/trigger to edit.

  2. Click Stop Campaign (Campaigns) or Deactivate (Triggers) in the top right to deactivate.

  3. Click "Edit", make the necessary changes, and then click Resume Campaign (Campaigns), or Activate (Triggers) to reactivate.
